We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 4 PM 24 hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees. 

The above Cancellation Policy does not apply if you have made a reservation with an Advance Purchase Discount or a Non-Refundable Discount. You will NOT be able to cancel or modify this pre-paid non-refundable reservation type.  Your total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and become prepaid and non-refundable.

Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival.  The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided.  The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.  Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check in.

SERVICES

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have temporarily suspended our shuttle services. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

GUEST PARKING

We offer free parking on a first come first serve basis at our hotel in San Francisco!

Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. It will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of any kind of money, jewelry, or valuables.  Once checked in, no cancellations.  All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged.  NO PETS ALLOWED.  Guest rooms with evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee for deep-cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.  This is a NON-SMOKING facility. The guest acknowledges that smoking is prohibited in the guest room or the hotel facility. If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount of $250.00 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning the guest room.  If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a $150 security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged if damages outlined herein occur.
